Welcome! My name is Sara, and I'm so happy you're here! I'm an intuitive soul coach and spiritual direction coach. Coaching is something I've always done naturally with family and friends. I love sharing my journey and encouraging others on their paths. I am especially passionate about connecting with women, and inspiring them to tap into their spirituality and live their best life. This is my life's purpose; my soul work. I am a light worker, and privileged to walk alongside people who are seeking spiritual insight and greater balance in mind, body, spirit.
My career has taken many twists and turns. After more than 20 years as a marketing executive in corporate America, with startups and as a consultant, I left the business world behind to co-found a women's retreat business called Thrive Tribe with my best friend, Niki. I've written several books as well, and writing continues to be something I love to do. Caoching is something I've always done naturally with my family and friends. I ask questions, encourage, offer solutions, and inspire people to change. As my two boys became teens and more independent, I begin asking hard questions and seeking God about what my passion and purpose would be for the next chapter in my life. It became very clear that soul coaching was what I was meant to do!
I’m a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and writer – all of which bring me great joy. I’m married to a handsome guy, Keith, who I met on match.com 18 years ago. I’m mom/stepmom to four amazing children: Eli (28), Evan (27), Bennett (16) and Caleb (15). I'm also mom to two dogs and three cats, and love puttering around in my large garden and orchard on our 40 acre property in North Idaho. I love the mountains, lakes, rivers, and rugged beauty that surrounds us. I see God's fingerprints everywhere..
Life brings heartache, challenges, joys and triumphs. Peaks and valleys. It's a neverending process of becoming. I've experienced the highs and lows of life. I've worked through some very tough times. Sexual abuse by a medical professional in my early 20s. The deaths of both of my parents during the same year - when I was way too young to lose them. An abusive first marriage with a messy ending. Financial challenges. Painful betrayals and lost friendships. I've always turned introspective to forge my way through those hard times. Reading, praying, journaling. Looking for answers within myself, and guidance from the wisdom of others who have gone before me. We are spiritual beings, with an inner knowing, a guiding center that will lead us to truth and to the light if we will create space to listen and truly hear. My relationship with God is my inner compass. Over many decades, I have honed that inner knowing and the spiritual practices and quiet times of reflection to be able to do the work necessary to keep moving forward, despite the circumstances. And that, dear one, is what I look forward to sharing with you. My passion is to inspire others to look within, and to create space for reflection, as I guide you to your own inner knowing and soul growth.
Sara has so much wisdom! Somehow she has been able to help me sort through what seemed like chaos to identify paths to clarity. I've made great strides and feel more centered and balanced. I'm so thankful that I found Sara, and grateful for her guidance!

My experience with Sara has been nothing short of life changing! I have struggled for years with purpose and not knowing which direction to take professionally & spiritually. She has helped me see certain obstacles in my life I created subconsciously. Her empathy and wisdom helped coach me through key steps I was missing on my journey to purpose, healing & living a more abundant life.

I was miserable in my job. I could barely pull myself out of bed in the mornings. My whole mindset was very negative, and I was really struggling to find meaning in life. Through Sara's coaching and guidance, I shifted my perspective to gratitude, made gradual changes in where I focused my time, shifted to a new job, and started a hobby that I love. I'm grateful to Sara for believing in me and helping me!
